Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 16, 2026

New Origins AI, LLC ("New Origins AI," "we," "us," or "our") provides AI consulting services and operates software platforms used by our business clients. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to neworiginsai.com and to the messaging and software services we provide.

Information we collect

How we use your information

SMS / text messaging

Where you provide your mobile number and opt in, we (and the clinics and businesses we serve through our platform) may send you text messages such as appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, and prescription refill reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not sell or share your mobile information. Mobile opt-in data and consent, and the text-message content associated with it, are not shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is used only to deliver the messaging service you signed up for and is shared only with the service providers that help us deliver those messages (for example, our messaging carrier), and only as needed to provide the service.

If you receive messages from a clinic or business that uses our platform, your mobile information is used solely to provide that organization's communications to you and is not used for our own marketing or shared for marketing.

Health information (HIPAA)

Some of the platforms we operate for healthcare clients — including Vigilo, our physician-led remote patient monitoring service — involve protected health information (PHI), such as continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) data, that patients’ healthcare providers are responsible for under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

When we handle PHI on behalf of a covered entity (for example, a physician practice or clinic), New Origins AI acts as a Business Associate under HIPAA and operates under a written Business Associate Agreement with that provider. In that role:

If you are a patient, your rights in your health information — including the right to access, amend, or receive an accounting of disclosures — are described in the Notice of Privacy Practices provided by your healthcare provider, who is the covered entity responsible for your care. Questions about PHI handled through our platforms can also be directed to our Privacy Officer using the contact details below.

How we share information

We share information only in these limited circumstances:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we delete information at your request where we are able. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

Your choices

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent changes.
